Buttercup rides her horse directly up to three men standing waiting for her in the woods. 'A word, my lady?' asks the shortest of the three. 'We are but poor, lost circus performers. Is there a village nearby?'
'There is nothing nearby,' answers Buttercup, truthfully. 'Not for miles.'
'Then there will be no one to hear you scream,' replies the shortest of the three men, as the tallest approaches her.
